Tarot Guide
A simple way to ask clear questions and receive direct answers from the cards.

What it is
A yes or no tarot reading is one of the most popular ways to get quick guidance. It cuts through confusion and helps you move forward when you are stuck between two choices, waiting for a sign, or needing confirmation.
While tarot is rarely black-and-white, the cards do respond beautifully to a focused question. The key is learning how to frame the question and read the energy behind the answer.
How to ask
The quality of your answer depends on the quality of your question. Vague questions lead to vague answers. A focused question invites a clear response.
Spreads
One Card
Ask your question, shuffle, and draw a single card. Read it as yes, no, maybe, or pause based on the upright or reversed meaning.
Three Cards
Draw three cards: the first is the answer, the second is the surrounding energy, and the third is the guidance or action step.
Upright vs reversed
Upright cards generally lean toward yes, while reversed cards often signal no, delay, or a need to look deeper. Cards with neutral energy — such as The Moon, The High Priestess, or The Hanged Man — usually suggest maybe, not yet, or wait for more clarity.
Always read the card in the context of your question and your intuition. A "yes" card with heavy imagery might still be saying yes, but with a warning. A "no" card might be protecting you from a misaligned path.
